The day began with a Pancake Breakfast Fly-In at the local airport. One operator made the pancakes on a machine that did 48 pancakes at a time. It automatically poured the correct amount of batter. The operator then turned each over and when all had been turned he then flipped four pancakes on to a plate. At times he would toss them to a customer's plate 10 feet away. In the afternoon we visited Heritage Park with its antique steam tractor collection and the world's longest carved wood chain (1/8 mile) made from a single tree.
